  1. How do I reserve my hotel room ?
    Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card number, then send it us. As soon we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all request within 24 hours.


  2. How do I know my reservation is confirmed ?
    Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing your booking's status. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up within a few hours with an email to confirm your booking or suggest you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.


  3. What should I do if I did not receive confirmation of my hotel booking ?
    If you have not received a confirmation, then you need to contact your Customer Service.


  4. Can I make airline, hotel and car reservations by phone ?
    Yes you can book an airline, Hotel & Car reservation by phone. You can also book Insurance, etc... by phone as well.


  5. Do you charge service fees ?
    We do not charge any service fee to make bookings for you, but in case you need to cancel or amend the bookings closer to the date of travel - we do charge you as per terms and conditions of the product purchased - a cancellation fee.


  6. How do I cancel a hotel booking ?
    If you have made an online reservation with us, you may send us the cancellation request including quoting the reference numbers provided, or if you have booked the hotel offline with our Travel Consultants, you could send us the query by clicking here . Our Travel Consultant team would then get back to you as soon as possible.


  7. Will there be any additional charges to my hotel bill ?
    Any facility which you may use while at the hotel, which is not mentioned on our vouchers, is considered as extra, and you would need to pay for it locally at the hotel.

    Arrival and departure date

    Number of adults and children
    Any specific room preferences you may have

    and/or fax number ( including country and area code )
    Your full credit card information.


  9. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel ?
    The special rates listed are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly.


  10. What is the latest time that I can make my reservation ?
    Even if we accept all bookings that are made on the check-in date, we can only guarantee bookings made at least 2-working days (not including Sun & Public holidays) before the check-in date (if the hotel has not already been fully booked). The earlier you book, the better chance you can get a confirmed reservation.


  11. Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,...) ?
    Kindly insert your request in the "Special Request Box" in the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted as it is subject to the hotel availability upon check-in time.


  12. Is the price per room or per person ?
    The price quoted to you on the website is for the total stay, though you are given the break-up costs at per room per night.


  13. What if I need to stay longer ?
    If you need to stay longer than your original booking, you could speak to us from the resort where you are staying, quoting your booking references, and depending on the availability of rooms and prices on that day, your request would then be confirmed.


  14. Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly ?
    No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.


  15. Do children receive discounted rates ?
    The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to hotel. Where these discounts apply, they are passed on to you. This can be verified on the hotel booking detail screen where the booking total is confirmed prior to payment being taken.


  16. How much is charged for children staying with their parents ?
    Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the specific hotel's policy. This may be listed on the Hotel Lodging page.
    The general policy concerning the charging of room an breakfast charges for children traveling together with their parents or family is as follows.
    Children more than 12 years of age: Any child this age is considered an adult by the hotel industry. Normal charges will apply both for the room and the breakfast. The child supplements will apply to children between the ages of 2-12 years (unless a different age range is specified). They only apply in twin or double rooms. Child supplements will not be available if the child age is not specified at the time of booking and we will charge for three adults in a triple room if this information is not supplied.
    Free cots for babies are only suitable for children under 2 years old.


  17. Do hotels have minimum age requirements ?
    Please be aware that some hotels, foreign and domestic, may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. Please inquire with the hotel directly.
